Summer

As usual, there's just too much to say about summer so I'll have to let the pictures speak for themselves. Notably, Hope and Grant didn't seem at all like "little" kids this summer - they definitely seemed like "big" kids. We turned a corner on independence, what sorts of things entertain them, and how they spend their time!

On a date with Mama Bird!
He wanted to go paddle boating at the lake.
Grant learned to tie his shoes.
That face!
Very amusing time at the wildlife center!
Such a thrill for them!
Silly moment from our weekend away with the Andersen's.
These guys are such sweet buddies!
Playing wherever we got the chance.
Jellystone left a LOT to be desired, but the water park was fun!
Sleepover with Hannah!
Playing Mad Libs in the gazebo and cracking up!
Playdates with friends (this is Ava).
I have loved watching them play with Ladan & Ev!
Grant made a new friend, Seamus, from swim team!
The Maze of Mirrors was cool, until Hope ran right into one!

Weekly "kid swap" with Ladan & Ev is a hit with everyone!

Annie certainly enjoyed having H&G home for the summer!
Errands are always more "interesting" with the kiddos in tow...
We went to the 4th of July fireworks and had fun!

Another great camping trip with the Wights!
The Wights place on the river is so nice!

Fun times at the pool with friends (this is Grayson).

Spending time with Josie while she visited
We TRIED to remember some math facts.

We went peach picking on Daddy's birthday.

Whew! SO much fun in one summer.
Such a blessing that you are able to
do so much as a family......it was VERY
different for some of us.
