Father's Day

Father's Day was particularly nice this year because the kids had been missing Daddy so much while he was away. He came home for the weekend, and they treated him royally! Among other things, they set up a "day spa" for him, complete with a menu of spa services and a menu of spa snacks! He was such a good sport to let Hope give him a facial/mask, massage, and pedicure. And as amused as he was by the tray of cookies, apple slices, and beer that Grant brought him, he ate it right up.

Later in the day we went over to Grandma and Grandpa's house, along with Aunt K, for a Father's Day steak dinner. It was nice enough to eat outside, for once, and the kids were tickled (as always) to get to visit with Aunt K!
