Up until now, he's only been happy staying awake for about an hour at a time. So his days have been a series of short naps and short awake times, punctuated by nursing. But he's suddenly starting to consolidate his daytime sleep a bit. His 'schedule' nearly resembles a morning nap, afternoon nap, and evening catnap. I like it because it means I can plan our days better, and because he's staying awake for longer stretches now. More time to make funny faces at each other!
Hope was definitely on a predictable schedule by now, but alas, Grant has to go with the flow a little more. With a two-year-old on the loose in my house, I'm not as free to let my days revolve around his naps. He doesn't seem to be suffering for it though :)
I realize that every time I think I've figured these kids out, something changes. So stand-by for posts about how unpredictable and sleepless he is. It would figure!
