Hope's swim class is over now, but Grant is a couple weeks into a "Mommy and me" style class and he's loving it! Hope and I tagged along last time to take a few pictures and watch, but mostly it's Daddy's and Grant's thing.
Daddy says that Grant likes being in the water, is pretty confident, and though he's apprehensive when he knows he's about to get dunked under, he doesn't get upset about it. He is also the star back-floater in the class! It was pretty amusing to watch Grant, resting his head in Daddy's hand but arm's length from his body, floating still and peacefully while all the other babies fought and thrashed and wouldn't lay still for anything. I think it means Grant trusts his Daddy completely!
Hope liked swim class, but not as much as Grant seems to. We might have a little fish on our hands :)
