Date night

Daddy and I had date night over the weekend, and Hope got to spend the night at Grandma and Grandpa's. She loves it there so much that lately she complains when it's time to leave! But who can blame her? Look at the fun she had.

Grandma made her a felt board with tons of little shapes. She made pizzas, faces, snowmen, and fish. Cool!


Grandma and Grandpa took her to the book store, where it sounds like she made herself right at home. They said she picked out books, sat on the floor to read them, then said "All done, bye!" before moving on to another one. When all was said and done, she left the bookstore with $50 worth of new books! And of course Grandpa loved snuggling her while she read them ...


And no stay at Grandma and Grandpa's would be complete without Hope helping Grandma cook. I think they were making waffles and bacon here - yum!
