Quirky girl

I've been "tagged" in a friend's blog. I think this is the blog version of email forwarding. The deal is you're supposed to admit seven quirky things about yourself, then tag a couple other people. Well, again, since this is not Mommy's blog but Hope's, here are seven quirky things about her.

1. Hope doesn't care much for sweets. I'm sure her sweet-tooth will come in time!

2. When I go to get her from her crib, she usually hands me her stuffed animals, one by one, wanting me to hug them. THEN she wants to get out.

3. She's pretty uninterested in most TV shows, with the big exception of Hi-5 and the occasional Elmo/Sesame Street.

4. Hope is alarmingly tough when it comes to falling, bumping herself, etc. It takes a lot to make her cry about a boo-boo!

5. So far, she doesn't get into crayons unless we're tracing her hands. She loves to trace her hands!

6. This is less of an issue now, but she used to be crazy about Daddy's little bottle of eye drops. She'd frequently hide it amidst her toys somewhere, causing Daddy frustrating eye problems in the morning. He didn't mind so much :)

7. She does NOT like to be dirty. Fingerpaint is out, as is messy food on her hands, and she brushes dirt off her hands whenever it comes in contact with her. The other day she even tried picking pepper off her carrots, saying "dut?" (dirt)
