Picnic

Another day last week we went with Daddy, Grandma, and Annie to one of our favorite parks. We started with the playground, walked way out onto the fishing pier, flew the kite, and put our toes in the water on the beach. But I think everyone's favorite part was the picnic. There's not much as relaxing as sitting in the shade of a tree, overlooking the water, with a few of your favorite people!

I know Hope enjoyed loving on Annie and Grandma (and stealing her peach)!



And I flat out enjoyed the heck out of it. Can you blame me?



Really, does one woman deserve this much happiness?!

I've told some friends that I'm just waiting for ~something~ to happen because I can't believe life is THIS good sometimes.

Then again, maybe God just loves to bless us. Afterall, at a picnic at the same park last summer, when Hope looked like this ...

I thought I'd just explode because I loved her so much. But life and love have doubled since then ;)

And, by the way, how the HECK did my baby grow up so much in the past year?!
