Among the many quirks that Grant has, one of my favorites is his ability to use his charisma and charm to get away with things. Grandma related a story to me that perfectly captured this.
The other day she and Grandpa took Grant to Subway for a breakfast sandwich. Since he didn't want eggs or cheese, just bacon on an English muffin, Grandma asked the Subway guy to give him "double bacon." Apparently Grant tucked that idea into his thinking cap, because a few minutes later when they made their way down to the register to pay, the guy asked if they'd like anything else and Grant spoke up and said "I'd like double cookies please!"
