While we were off galavanting, Hope and Grant stayed with Grandma and Grandpa, and it truly sounds like it couldn't have gone much better. They ate well, they slept well, they went on adventures, they played outside, they did crafts, and watched movies, and shopped ... all kinds of things! I know they both missed us, and they were very happy to have us back, but they were completely comfortable while we were away. Grandma and Grandpa seemed to really enjoy them too, though I know it was exhausting for them. But it sure looks like they had fun!

We enjoyed it so much - and yes, we were exhausted! SOOO worth it though to get the extra cuddles and kisses and to be the one they ran to when they had a need!
(It is amazing how much tougher this is than when I was your age.)
