It goes something like this ...
"Jesus came to town and told everyone he was God's son. Some naughty guys thought he was telling a fib, but it wasn't a fib. They nailed him to a TREE. And he DIED! He died for three days. Then he came ALIVE again!"
Pretty accurate, I'd say. We're focusing now on what Jesus' resurrection means for us, and how special it is that Hope's name is about looking forward in confident expectation to the day when we'll "come alive again."
Having these conversations all week, hearing her ask to hear the Easter story again, and sharing with her why we chose for her the name that we did - these are rich, rich times!
