This was a big week for Hope. She had her first violin concert AND a performance in the children's choir for the church Christmas play! It meant lots of practice and rehearsals, and I'm so proud of her effort. For the play, she only had to memorize a couple of songs. But for violin she's been learning to read the music, pluck, and bow the notes. The third grade strings ensemble played six songs for the concert, and they did a fantastic job! I can't wait to watch her learn even more!
