Swim class

Hope is currently enrolled in an adorable swim class. Every Saturday morning, she suits up and heads to the swim school to practice her floating, kicking, and dunking underwater skills.


When we signed her up we thought it was the kind of class where the parents are in the water with the kids, but the kids go by themselves. In fact, the parents can only watch through one-way glass from the next room! I guess that's so the kids focus on the teacher. In any case, Hope doesn't seem to mind going in without us.

She is just learning the basics of being in the water, but she's doing a great job! She's a little timid when the teacher challenges them, but she hasn't been afraid to try. We're proud of her!
