Gravestones

Last year, Grant famously pointed out that there were "dead people" in the yard at his school. I've since come to realize that he thought the gravestones were the actual people, turned to stone when they died. We had a strange little walk through the graveyard today, talking about Heaven and souls and new bodies and hope. If he took nothing else away from it, I hope he learned that gravestones are not dead people!
