Monster carrot

In our recent batch of farm veggies, we got the biggest carrot I've ever seen.


A single carrot, at more than a pound, was literally the size of Hope's lower leg.


I found it so funny, and while Hope didn't really think the carrot was funny, she certainly thought I was funny for laughing so hard.

And she was certainly proud of herself for peeling it :)
