Grandpa's girl

Hope has always loved her Grandpa, but lately she's taken it up a notch. If you ask her whose girl she is, she's very likely to tell you she's "Grandpa's girl," that he's going to get "aaaaallll her kisses," and that he "love me to pieces!"

We spent the day at Grandma and Grandpa's one day last week, which meant marching in a parade, pretending to be dogs, walking in the 'forest,' watching Tom & Jerry, and various other standards. But this time Hope and Grandpa discovered something new they like to do together.

Dancing! They flipped on some classical music and danced for a solid half hour at least. When the music was fast, they said it sounded like bumble bees (above) and they danced fast, but when it got slow then it was suddenly wedding music. And it was suddenly ~very~ cuddly and sleepy.

I'm not sure who enjoyed it more - her, or him. Or me :)

So sweet! You are very blessed that Hope can grow up seeing her grandparents often and have these precious times!
