We usually do things all together. Or at least, as much as is practical. But this has been a busy season, between all the things the kids are into and all the things Daddy and I are into - and it seems to have meant splitting into pairs a fair bit. Either the boys have a Cub Scouts activity, or the girls have plans for pedicures with friends, or the boys have Monster Truck tickets, or the girls want to see the new Beauty and the Beast movie, or the boys have batting practice, etc ...
Fortunately, we've still had some fun family adventures lately - the circus, the big zip line park, visits with friends, hikes through the woods, that kind of thing. And summer is coming up, with all of its long lazy days! I'm looking forward to spending it with my favorite little people!
